She also believes art is intrinsically human and supports human authors, narrators, and artists.

Her debut novel, Garden of Echoes and Ash, won the Prism Award for Best First Book, was a finalist for the Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence, and a semi-finalist for the Book Life Prize by Publisher’s Weekly.
